Job Summary

To support warehouse activities and managing documentation required for Export Shipment which is goes to GCC counties.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Obtaining daily transportation records of dispatches of Animal Nutrition products for local and export markets.
• ERP system invoices for walk-in and export customers.
• Liaising with govt. bodies with regards to preparation of export documentation and timely arranging the same for export shipments.
• Involvement in daily operations meeting.
• Following up with transporters, clearing agents as and when required for Arabic speaking countries
• Obtaining and maintaining records of petty cash for export documentation.
  Communication with Inter gulf thru ERP system and also third party transporter by email for transportation requirement.
• Coordinating with Inter gulf via ERP and emails for transportation requirement for local and export shipments.
• Creating sales orders for walk in customers.

• OTIF
• Stock count – Raw Material and Finished Goods
• Reducing detention charges by preparing accurate and timely documents

Work experience requirement

• Minimum 2 years experience

Qualification

• Bachelor degree is require for the role.
