HRIS Change Management Intern / Apprentice
Job Description
About the Role
Drive communication, training, and adoption activities for a global HRIS transformation program. Working in an international environment, you will support change initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and ensure successful adoption across multiple countries.
Internal Communication
- Develop and execute communication plans to support the HRIS rollout
- Create engaging content tailored to HR teams, managers, and employees
- Coordinate multi-channel communication campaigns and measure their impact
Learning & Change Enablement
- Design training materials, user guides, and learning resources
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content quality and accuracy
- Support and co-facilitate training sessions and workshops
Project Coordination & Reporting
- Monitor change management and communication activities across the project
- Track adoption, engagement, and training KPIs
- Provide project updates and ensure alignment with key HRIS milestones
Technical Competencies
- Understanding of change management principles and methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, etc.)
- Proficiency with communication and content creation tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Ability to create clear, engaging content and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Practical Skills
- Support the development and delivery of communication plans and materials
- Create engaging content tailored to different audiences
- Coordinate project activities and monitor user adoption and engagement

Bac+4/5 in Change or Project Management, Internal Communications or equivalent
Experience in HRIS implementations, creating training materials and communication strategies or similar
Experience in an international environment and matrix organisation
