How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex operational puzzles, spearhead cost-containment initiatives, and seamlessly roll out new clinical services and performance measures and other duties as assigned.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Research, source, and implement cutting-edge improvement methodologies and tools that modernize our daily operations.
  • Empower Leaders & Teams: Work hand-in-hand with healthcare leaders to design and refine sharp screening indicators, while providing engaging, on-site training and mentorship for our performance improvement teams.
  • Champion Compliance & Quality: Navigate regulatory and accreditation requirements with precision, managing the documentation, submission, and maintenance processes while lending your expertise to policy, procedure, and contract reviews.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

  • The Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a healthcare-related field, providing you with the theoretical and practical framework to drive hospital-wide initiatives.
  • Clinical Grounding: At least three (3) years of recent, hands-on experience in a clinic or hospital-based setting. You know how healthcare environments operate on the ground.
  • Quality Expertise: A proven track record in healthcare quality improvement (QI), performance improvement, patient safety, accreditation, or regulatory compliance. You are already comfortable navigating quality management frameworks and driving measurable results.
