What will you be doing?
Subsea 7 is looking for a motivated Accounting Trainee to join its Finance Function Team based at our office in Al Khobar.
Internship Outline and Rotation:
- AP & Treasury
During these weeks, COOP trainees will gain insights into how international companies engage with banks, particularly in areas such as bank guarantees, time deposits, and the payment cycle.
- Tax Team
The focus of these weeks will be to equip the trainees with a thorough understanding of VAT and WHT, with full support and guidance from our tax team.
- Reporting Team
Trainees will have the opportunity to delve into the crucial aspects of accounting, including debit, credit, and reconciliation, providing them with essential knowledge for their future roles.
- Project Team
In the final week, the COOP trainees will be exposed to project management principles and learn about the calculation of the percentage of completion.
What experience would we like you to have?
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Accounting or Finance University student.
- Foundation in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Fluent in both spoken and written English; good communication and interpersonal skills
