Senior Project Coordinator- Finishes
Job Description
Role within the project:
- Be the driving force on the ground for the project which is located in Goa.
- Oversee and drive project activities in a time bound and systematic method
- Monitor the project’s schedule on a day today basis and prepare and share weekly and monthly project reports/dashboards
Responsibilities:
- Schedule reading and tracking of project
- Frequent site visits to monitor projects
- Preparation and update monthly project dashboards
- Working knowledge of MSP
- Analysis of planned vs actual progress
- Analyse look ahead schedule, procurement updates and design updates
Essential
- BE/BTech in Civil Engineering, construction management or an equivalent technical qualification
- 5-10 Years Experience in post degree experience.
- Proven experience in industrial projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
