About the role
As an S&OP Lead, you'll help clients design and improve their Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) capabilities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll guide organizations through planning transformations that improve collaboration, decision-making and business performance across the supply chain.
You'll combine your planning expertise with strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills to turn business challenges into practical, sustainable solutions.
In this role, you will:
Design and implement Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes for international clients.
Assess existing planning processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across supply chain, operations, commercial and finance.
Design future S&OP operating models and help senior stakeholders define new ways of working.
Build business cases and support clients in driving organizational change.
Partner with senior stakeholders to establish effective planning capabilities across the organization.
Support business development through proposals and client discussions.
