This Position reports to:

Expense Management Lead

 

At ABB Robotics, you will support the global Travel & Expense (T&E) organization, acting as the main point of contact for EUROPE operations and ensuring service delivery, compliance, project management and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for T&E topics in Poland& European Countries
• Gather business requirements and deliver reporting, training, and policy solutions
• Resolve operational issues and support daily T&E activities
• Analyze T&E data and provide performance insights
• Ensure compliance with policies and expense audit requirements
• Manage escalations across stakeholders and global teams
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and drive improvements
• Support implementation of tools and process documentation
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and Audit teams

Your Background:

• 6-8 years in Travel and Expense operations and project management
• Experience in Shared Services/BPO preferred
• Knowledge of T&E tools (e.g., SAP Concur, Travel booking tools, SAP)
• Knowledge of Travel, Expense and Corporate Credit Card operations
• Fluent in English and Polish language
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Project management experience is mandatory
