Attorney

This position is responsible for performing entry level to moderately complex legal work in the preparation of condemnation suits for highway purposes, the preparation for the trial of such suits, and the trial. The position may be filled at the Attorney I or Attorney II level depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience.
