The TSC Customer Experience Representative delivers exceptional, personalized travel support while actively driving revenue through consultative sales. This position engages members by answering inquiries, recommending travel solutions, coordinating trip details, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless experience before, during, and after travel. This role uses Salesforce CRM to manage leads, track the sales lifecycle, resolve errors, and maintain accurate, high-quality data by proactively identifying member needs, recommending relevant travel products and services, and converting inquiries into bookings. The Representative promotes AAA memberships and consistently delivers superior member experiences while supporting travelers throughout every stage of their journey.
