Responsible for organizing and leading a successful unified coaching program. Sustains a positive and competitive athletic environment while exercising flexibility, consistency, and sound professional judgment. Builds programs that develop strong fundamental skills and promote outstanding sportsmanship among student-athletes. Collaborates with administrators, staff, students, families, and community members. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.#LI-DNP
