Spravato Coordinator, LPN

Beacon Health Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to coordinate and oversee the Spravato program. This role supports clinical operations by managing patient scheduling, referrals, insurance authorizations, medication coordination, and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Spravato program coordination.
• Manage patient schedules, treatment appointments, and follow-up needs.
• Track and process referrals.
• Complete insurance benefit checks, prior authorizations, and reauthorizations.
• Coordinate medication ordering, delivery, tracking, and availability.
• Educate patients on treatment expectations, safety requirements, and appointment preparation.
• Communicate with providers, patients, pharmacies, insurance companies, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with program requirements.

Requirements

• Active LPN license required.
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, specialty medication coordination, or prior authorizations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable working with patients in a behavioral health setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.
