Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour

The Legal Assistant will provide administrative support and work closely with our General Counsel and other legal team members. This is a part time 8:30am-1:30pm, in office position located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Gain experience addressing environmental compliance, complex construction contracts, real estate acquisitions, licensing, vendor contracts, risk mitigation, database management, and provide administrative and office support for the attorneys and other company executives. You will also be responsible for performing a range of tasks and managing a diverse workload with competing deadlines.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior work experience in a legal setting required
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite

- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good attitude and work ethic with strong attention to detail
- Work in a fast paced office environment
- Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- May be required to sit for long periods of time.
- The infrequent light physical effort required.
