Your mission

Votre rôle au sein d’une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion.

Nous recherchons pour notre entrepôt logistique de distribution de Seysses (31) notre futur(e) Chargé(e) HSE en alternance.

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable HSE, vos missions principales seront :

• Participer à la définition de la politique Hygiène Sécurité Environnement (HSE) du site (personnels, matériels, conditions de travail, respect de l'environnement) et contribuer à sa mise en œuvre

• Animer et faire appliquer la politique sécurité et environnement et les systèmes de management HSE sur son périmètre en conformité avec la réglementation et les directives groupe

• Animer l'évaluation des risques, mettre à jour et analyser les indicateurs HSE et proposer des plans d’actions et investissements associés.

• Enquêter et analyser les accidents de travail/maladies professionnelles/incidents HSE, proposer et suivre les actions et mesures préventives et gérer le traitement des déchets (filière externe et/ou traitement in situ).

• S’assurer du respect de la réglementation et des consignes HSE en sensibilisant le personnel et en pratiquant des audits réguliers

• Interagir avec l'encadrement du site, les IRP et le service de Santé au Travail sur l’ensemble des actions de sécurité à mettre en place.
