Job Description
Essential Functions Manage the business operations: accounting functions (full cycle AR: sales order approval, credit and collections, customer payments; AP invoices, etc.), payroll and HR functions (HR representative, payroll, sales commissions, timesheets, job postings, employee onboarding, etc.), FCC compliance, financial and business operations, budgeting, forecasting and audit. Competencies Excellent organizational skills with ability to effectively manage multiple work projects daily Technical capability to learn multiple software systems Communication proficiency Professionalism, discretion, independent judgement, and leadership Teamwork.
