Castle Dental  supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in Leander! Schedule (days/hours)

7:45am - 5pm
Responsibilities

  • Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures

  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials

  • Take and develop dental X-rays (as permitted by state regulations)

  • Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures

  • Maintain sterilization and infection control standards

  • Update and maintain accurate patient records

  • Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care


Qualifications

  • Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
  • Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
  • Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation

$22-24/hr
