Job Description
Purpose of the Job
We are seeking a Project Executive to join our fast-paced team, dedicated to managing and executing retail activation and implementation projects for a rapidly growing technology and appliance producer.
You will coordinate project tasks for our clients, ie multiplication of concepts that have been already developed and approved. You'll brief, coordinate and check the output of all teams involved, to ensure that each project (complete store, shop-in-shop or range of displays) is set in our ERP system, planned properly (checking floor plans and aligning with client expectation), fixtures assembled, picked + packed, delivered and installed in the proper destination in the required quality and time frame.
Our Project Executives are organized, attentive to detail, good communicators and team players _ you will be working closely with other internal teams including Production, Assembly, Warehouse, Logistics and Installation. This role is a great start for anyone who's interested in project management and in retail activation / implementation.
This role will operate on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / supplier site(s) and home.

Key Responsibilities
Acting as the right hand to Project Managers or Account Managers to ensure smooth delivery of the task through all the project phases
Ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and timelines
Take detailed briefs from our client in conjunction with your Account / Project Manager
Coordinate campaigns and implementations from briefing to delivery
Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge
Quickly respond to changes and challenges, maintaining a flexible and proactive approach
Deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Setting up project details in the ERP system
Keeping track of the internal process and checking in to ensure everything is happening in accord with the expected timelines (production, warehouse processes, transport and the final installation of the stores)
Project tasks reporting - regularly reporting on project status, inventory and project-specific issues quickly and with proposed solutions, providing live visibility of the status of all projects
Troubleshooting and handling of claims - identifying and solving issues with effective solutions while exceeding clients' expectations
Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Experience in client services, project management, retail development, logistics or business administration
A basic understanding of technical drawings and / or ERP systems would be a benefit
Organized, efficient and structured to work with a large volume of information
Dedicated and focused on outstanding client service
Stress resistant and able to focus under time pressure - ability to multi-task
High level of attention to detail
Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is essential
Advanced English is essential
