We are seeking a knowledgeable and adaptable HR Generalist / Recruiter to support our operations in the Nashville, TN region. This dual-role position is evenly split between human resources generalist responsibilities (50%) and full-cycle recruiting (50%). The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in federal and state employment laws, hands-on recruiting experience, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. This role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
