
Global Hub TA Manager
Job Description
Overall Description:
In this role, you will lead and develop a global offshore Talent Acquisition hub, ensuring high-quality and scalable delivery of sourcing, talent pipelining, and recruitment operations to support global hiring needs. You will play a key role in the build-up phase of a new team supporting several global recruitment teams.
We are looking for a confident leader with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience working with global Talent Acquisition delivery models.
You will play a central role in establishing ways of working, building team capability, and driving continuous improvement across processes, tools, and service delivery. By fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture, you will ensure that the team operates as a trusted partner to global Talent Acquisition teams, delivering efficient, data-driven, and high-quality support across sourcing, talent pipelining, and recruitment administration, while adapting to evolving business and hiring demands.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead, develop, and build capabilities within your team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
•Set goals aligned with global objectives and manage resources to meet KPIs and service level agreements.
•Oversee delivery of sourcing, talent pipelining, and recruitment administration services to global TA teams.
•Ensure service quality, consistency, and adherence to defined service level agreement across all TA operations.
•Drive standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement of TA processes, tools, and ways of working.
•Monitor, analyze, and act on performance metrics to improve efficiency, quality, and delivery.
•Ensure compliance with TA guidelines and optimize ATS usage for data accuracy and reporting.
•Act as the primary point of contact for internal global stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
•Identify opportunities to improve delivery and support the development of the offshore hub.
•Ensure clear role scope within the team, focusing on backend delivery and non-candidate-facing activities.
•Contribute to strategic planning for future needs and long-term hub development.

Type of Role: Full-time
Location: Manila
•Bachelor´s or Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
•5+ years of relevant work experience in People & Culture/HR function, with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
•Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders in a global, matrix organization.
•Strong proficiency in ATS systems and experience in using data and metrics to drive performance and decision-making.
•Experience in leading teams and optimizing Talent Acquisition processes within global or offshore delivery environments.
•Experience working with global sourcing and Talent pipelining.
•Strong in change management with a customer service orientation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
