Job Description Summary

The role involves real estate advisory and research, including feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, financial modelling, market surveys, report writing, site inspections, and presentation preparation. The candidate will support both project execution and business development activities while managing client queries and maintaining market databases.

About the Role:

  • Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best use reports, Financial Modeling & concepts
  • Self-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities. The position will have both elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support business development
  • Execution skills- Report writing – Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial modeling, making presentations.
  • Maintain database of projects, developers, investors, etc,
  • Site inspections
  • Presentation and documentation work

About You:

  • 3–4 years of experience in real estate advisory/research

  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills

  • Experience in report writing, feasibility studies, and market research

  • Ability to handle client queries and support project execution

  • Proficient in presentations, documentation, and market surveys

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in maintaining project/developer/investor databases and conducting site inspections

  • Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Statistics preferred
