Job Description
Maintain the check stand ends, power panel (wing), outrigger, crossover merchandise, clip/swing (strip) displays, and gift card displays for the location and provide customer service. - Deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
- Order merchandise and maintain/stock all clips/swing (strips), power panels and check stand ends, crossovers and gift cards per schematic
- Verify Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) orders are complete
- Perform Replenishment Management System (RMS) requests
- Coordinate with HBA and GRO Order Clerk to establish Minimums in Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) for Impulse Items
- Comply with stockroom maintenance standards
- Order and maintain displays for cross-over merchandise
- Order off-shelf merchandise
- Maintain compliance with divisional signing, recovery, shrink control guidelines, merchandising standards, ticketing standards, planograms, and composites
- Receive and process freight
- Perform inventory control functions
- Verify promotions are set to standard
- Conduct stock counts
- Maintain accurate On Hands for Replenishment and Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) items
- Process product deletions
- Verify accuracy in pricing integrity
- Comply with corporate policies
- Promote and follow Company initiatives
- Maintain awareness of overstock/understock conditions to maintain ordering system integrity
- Respond to verbal customer comments/complaints
- Maintain compliance of Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) standards
- Verify all planograms are completed on time
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus a minimum of six months company experience and one-two years related retail experience; or combination of relevant education and experience.
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to pass drug test
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work weekends/graveyard shifts on an occasional basis, early shifts, and overtime as needed
- Maintain confidentiality
- Accuracy/attention to detail
- Ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects
- Ability to perform applications in MAGIC and Handheld
- Proficient with current Company email
- Familiarity with industry/technical terms/processes
- Ability to work within set time frames/fixed deadlines
- Lift truck certification/license
