Job Description
Education – Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) – Electrical Engineering OR Master of Technology (M.Tech) – Power Systems / Electrical Engineering OR MBA General Engineering 15+ years of progressive experience in electrical design engineering (power systems, MV/LV distribution, data centre infrastructure), with minimum 4+ years in a team leadership or management role Industry Experience: Experience in modular buildings, data centre infrastructure, critical power systems, or similar project-based engineering environments preferred Software – Revit, AutoCAD, EPLAN, ETAP, Dialux (lighting calculations), MS Office, etc.. Desired – PMP, Revit, Six Sigma etc.. Certifications Standards Knowledge: IEC, IEEE, NEC, BS, NFPA, ASHRAE, and relevant international electrical standards Management Skills: Proven ability to build and scale engineering teams Strong people management, mentoring, and coaching skills Experience in capacity planning and resource management
