Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking a highly motivated Director of Residences to lead all residential operations and deliver an exceptional living experience for our owners and guests. This role is responsible for upholding the highest luxury standards, protecting the property’s assets, and fostering a culture that reflects Four Seasons service excellence while ensuring alignment with HOA guidelines.
What You Will Do
- Build meaningful relationships with residence owners, anticipating their needs and creating personalized, memorable experiences.
- Serve as the key liaison between the Hotel and Residences, ensuring seamless communication of events, services, and updates.
- Oversee the physical condition of the property, ensuring all public areas, back-of-house spaces, and amenities meet Four Seasons standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational protocols.
- Lead and manage the residences team, including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure adherence to HOA agreements, property policies, and Four Seasons operating standards.
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and control expenses.
- Coordinate smooth resident move-ins, move-outs, deliveries, and day-to-day service requests.
- Foster a professional, collaborative, and service-driven work environment.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel operations or residential property management.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for service excellence.
- Solid understanding of luxury hospitality standards and residential operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required.
