JIC SQM Plant Manager

• Lead, develop, and motivate the plant SQM team – ensure the right resources, competencies, efficiency, and team performance
• Take full responsibility for all SQM activities within the location / respective BA
• Implement and control advanced, failure‑prevention‑oriented quality management measures in the design and development phase of supplied goods and services
• Ensure that all supplied products meet defined quality requirements
• Implement, maintain, and improve the Supplier Quality Management System (procedures, guidelines, tools) in line with AUMOVIO quality strategies
• Drive root cause analysis and ensure definition and implementation of effective corrective actions at suppliers
• Execute consistent supplier management activities to track and eliminate any quality deviations (zero tolerance for defects)

• Technical academic degree or comparable technical education
• Several years of experience in SQM, Quality, R&D, or other relevant technical areas
• Someone who can work both strategically and hands‑on
• A person focused on defect prevention, process efficiency, and stable supplier quality
• Proven experience in a leadership position is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills are essential
