Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain product and service offerings, including descriptions, configurations, and related legal and commercial templates
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, fact sheets, FAQs, demo environments, and benefit/ROI arguments
- Prepare implementation & support materials such as onboarding presentations and documents, handouts, runbooks, and delivery documentation
- Coordinate continuous product and service trainings to ensure expertise across all teams.
- Collect feedback from customers and the internal team to improve our offering
Requirements
- Relevant experience in B2B product management or related fields
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills across teams
- Structured, proactive, and reliable working style with fluent English
- Willingness to travel

Experience in pharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated industries.
