About the Role
We are seeking a Cloud Systems Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, capable of guiding cloud adoption, ensuring system reliability, and driving innovation across engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud architectures across multiple platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to define cloud strategy and roadmap
- Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new cloud technologies and tools to optimize performance, security, and cost
- Ensure system security, reliability, and compliance with industry best practices
- Lead cloud migration initiatives, including assessing existing systems and developing modernization strategies
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams on cloud architecture and best practices
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve cloud performance and efficiency
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud architecture, design, or infrastructure engineering
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale cloud solutions
Preferred:
- Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or Google Cloud Professional)
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, IoT, or large-scale data processing systems
