Our ServiceNow System Administrator plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing the existing 7-Eleven ServiceNow instance, including the management of licenses, resolution of tickets and service requests, as well as minor enhancements and major projects for business and IT stakeholders. You will lead in executing the ServiceNow strategy, with a focus on maintaining 7-Eleven to leverage the full capabilities of the platform. 7-Eleven is looking to further utilize the platform’s offerings around portal, virtual assistant and analytics, and this role will take the lead in shaping this.
What need you to:
An experienced ServiceNow Administrator/Developer that can support the existing ServiceNow implementation (licence administration, ticket resolution, upgrades/hot fixes), as well as undertake minor enhancements and project work.
coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, able to enable stakeholders to delivery,
Someone who is analytical and adaptable to fast changing environments, set priorities, identify impacts,
Deliver technical best practice to increase the effectiveness of the ServiceNow experience.
What’s in your toolkit:
5+ Years working with the ServiceNow Platform, including ITSM, Customer Case Management, custom development and integration,
Project experience with ServiceNow implementations of ITSM modules and providing technical support to enable system and platform design and optimisation
Degree level qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable, as is ITIL Certification,
Experience working in an Agile environment,
Formal ServiceNow Administration training or certification,
Strong interpersonal skills,
Excellent troubleshooting and time management skills
