Outpatient Physical Therapist (Part-Time)

We are looking a part-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our outpatient facility team. This position will be based at the Oak Brook, IL facility. The position will provide approximately 20 hours per week. The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of treatment programs in collaboration with physician orders.
