Senior Product Owner, HRIS

Reporting to the Director, HRIS and Analytics, the Sr. Product Owner, HRIS will be a key functional and hands-on lead for Atlantic Packaging’s end-to-end HRIS implementation across Ontario, Quebec and the United States. The successful candidate will deliver the HR Technology product roadmap, lead complex configuration and implementation work, and help establish governance, documentation, release management and sustainment practices for the HRIS function. This is a senior implementation role with significant cross-functional influence and will provide direction to implementation resources and vendor partners while remaining hands-on with system configuration and delivery.
