AES - DE - FS - DOTNET Full-Stack Microservices

• Technical Leadership o Lead the architecture, design, and development of microservices and APIs using .NET 8. o Define coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for the team. o Provide technical mentorship and perform design/code reviews. • Workflow Orchestration (Orkes Conductor) - good to have but not a deal breaker o Design and implement workflow-driven microservices using Orkes Conductor. o Develop task workers, event handlers, and workflow definitions. o Integrate Conductor workflows with existing .NET microservices and APIs. o Optimize workflow execution, retry logic, and failure handling strategies. • Architecture & Integration o Work closely with architects to evolve system design for high availability, scalability, and observability. o Integrate backend services with cloud-native components (Azure preferred). o Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD, containerization, and deployment automation (Kubernetes, Docker). • Collaboration & Delivery o Partner with Product Man
