External Job Title:  Senior Executive Engagement Program Manager

Reports to:  Alicia Douglas, Executive Engagements Director

Region & Area: Singapore/APAC Based [APAC coverage]

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Executive Engagements Manager to design, develop, and execute high-impact programs targeting our executive customers and partners across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Beyond core program leadership, the ideal candidate brings proven expertise in executive-level communications, delivering high-impact narratives, briefing materials, and strategic messaging for CXO and board-level audiences.

This role requires strong senior executive engagement capability, with a demonstrated ability to influence decision-making, drive alignment across regional leadership, and act as a trusted advisor in high-stakes customer and partner interactions.

Additionally, familiarity with industrial software ecosystems—particularly within manufacturing, energy, and supply chain sectors—is increasingly critical as part of our key customer Initiative. The successful candidate will be able to synthesize customer insights from top APAC accounts, understand software-led transformation drivers, and translate complex industry concepts into clear, compelling executive messaging and execute them in the APAC region.

Executive Communication & CXO Engagement

  • Develop and deliver high-impact and localized communication materials—including narratives, briefing notes, executive presentations, and board-level summaries—tailored for CXO stakeholders across APAC.

  • Lead executive alignment by facilitating pre-briefs, consolidating insights from sales, product, and industry teams, and ensuring leaders are equipped with clear, actionable viewpoints for customer engagements.

  • Engage directly with senior executives (internal and external) to shape messaging, influence strategic outcomes, and ensure consistent storytelling across leadership touchpoints.

  • Act as a trusted advisor during high-stakes executive forums, synthesizing complex insights into concise, decision-ready messaging.

  • Represent the Executive Engagements function in person at key APAC events, providing real‑time executive support, coordinating CXO interactions, and ensuring alignment with strategic messaging and sales objectives.

Industrial Software & Industry Insights

  • Leverage insights from top APAC customers to inform executive engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with the Key Customer Initiative’s focus on industrial software adoption.

  • Demonstrate strong fluency in industrial software concepts—such as digital manufacturing, operations optimization, and connected supply chain—to effectively engage with technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.

  • Partner closely with industry, product, and technical teams to ensure executive engagements reflect modern software-enabled transformation trends.

  • Translate customer voice into strategic recommendations, shortening the learning curve for executives and elevating APAC-specific industry intelligence.

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Required

  • Executive Communication Mastery: Proven ability to craft high-impact executive narratives, briefing documents, and CXO-ready communications that drive clarity, alignment, and informed decision-making.

  • CXO & Board-Level Engagement: Demonstrated experience engaging senior executives, influencing leadership consensus, and operating effectively in high-stakes, high-visibility forums.

  • Industrial Software Fluency: Familiarity with industrial software ecosystems (e.g., manufacturing digitization, energy transition technologies, supply chain software platforms) and the ability to articulate their business impact across APAC markets.

  • Customer Voice Integration: Experience synthesizing insights from top customer engagements to inform program strategy and executive messaging (aligned to the 374 Initiative).

  • Multi-Bilingual: You must be professionally fluent in English and at least two other major Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or another key language for the region). This is a mandatory requirement for building trust and authentic relationships with our diverse client base.

  • Willingness and ability to travel across APAC to support onsite execution of high‑ impact‑ Executive Engagement programs.
