Job Description
Assist forklift drivers in loading aluminum/galvanized steel coils onto payoffs. Prepare and operate roll-form machines using specific feeding tools or PPE. Pre-form and seal cartons with products using tools like staplers or banders. Ensure product and carton labels are correct and properly placed. Move finished cartons to storage or shipping racks using proper techniques and ground-level scissor lifts. Transport racks of finished goods to staging areas with a riding pallet jack. Measure product lengths and monitor quality. Report production or quality issues to the supervisor. Lubricate machines and refill lubrication devices as needed.
