Overview

Location: Santa Clara, Via Morelos No. 330 Col. Santa Clara Coatitla Ecatepec, 55540 Mexico 


Responsibilities

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and preventive/predictive maintenance activities for the plant's infrastructure and machinery. The primary mission is to guarantee maximum equipment availability at the lowest possible cost while strictly adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the Maintenance Master Plan (preventive, corrective, and predictive).

  • Asset Management: Oversee the operation of critical systems (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, boilers, HVAC, and production lines).

  • Team Leadership: Direct, train, and evaluate technical staff and external contractors.

  • Budget Control: Manage the department budget, optimizing expenditures on spare parts and external services.

  • KPI Management: Monitor key indicators such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).

  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all interventions comply with industrial safety standards (LOTO, working at heights, etc.) and quality certifications (ISO).

  • Continuous Improvement: Implement methodologies such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance).


Qualifications

 

Education          Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

 

Experience        Minimum 5-8 years in industrial plants (preferably in the Ceramic or Cement sector).

 

Software            Proficiency in CMMS software (such as SAP PM, Maximo, Infor).

Languages         English B1-B2
