Manager-Pastoral Care

Job Summary The manager of the pastoral care department staff projects God's love by providing management to the Pastoral Care staff under the direction of the Director of Pastoral Care. Responsible for sharing in the overall leadership and operations of the Pastoral Care Department. Involved in hiring and supervision of staff, implementing services, and managing the clinical ministries of Pastoral Care in association with the department director. Performs other duties as assigned.
