Your area of focus.
The Service Concierge greets our service customers, assisting with check-in when advisors are busy. In addition, they stage and moves vehicles to keep the drive-thru clear for incoming appointments and imminent guests. The position is vital to maintaining customer service levels in our high-volume service department.
What drives your day-to-day?
- Meet and greet customers arriving for service appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding needs & expectations
- Answering incoming calls and directing them within the service department
- Taking customer payments
- Tending to customers in the lounge and offering refreshments
- Coordinate with Shuttle Drivers to ensure clients are picked up and dropped off
- Assist Service Advisors with pulling up customer’s vehicles and moving vehicles from service drive through
What are the must-haves…
- Ability to drive manual transmission is required
- Customer service and/or admin experience preferred
- A valid class driver's license and safe driving history is required
- Must be comfortable working in all kinds of weather, in all seasons
- You must be legally authorized to work in Canada
