Job Description
This position coordinates, directs, and manages the department’s promotional examination processes for sworn personnel. Responsibilities include determining eligibility of candidates, process announcements, solicitating subject matter experts and assessors, securing test sites, and making travel arrangements. Interacts with county's Department of Human Resources and assists with workgroup development of promotional processes. Also assists with various personnel related issues, such as pay for performance, diversity plan, compensation, dual incumbency, acting capacity promotions, and requisitions.
