Registered Nurse, Per Diem Days, 8am - 4pm, Wound Healing Center, Atlantic Health, Chilton Medical Center

Provides direct patient care, coordinates treatment plans, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes within both the inpatient and outpatient setting for the following patient populations: acute & chronic wounds; ostomies as well as patients undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) where applicable. Maintains clinical documentation, adheres to safety protocols, and supports patient education and advocacy.
