About this Position Please add a text and explain the position What you´ll do - Lead the brand’s marketing plans and execute the marketing strategy in line with company objectives. - Drive product launches and marketing initiatives from planning through to successful market implementation. - Develop marketing briefs, communication materials, and commercial tools that support brand objectives and sales targets. - Work closely with the sales team to translate brand strategy into effective commercial activities. Lead marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening brand equity and deepening engagement with target audiences. - Collaborate closely with the Social Media team and creative stakeholders to develop content, campaigns, and brand activations. - Initiate, plan, and execute events, product launches, photoshoots, and marketing projects while ensuring a premium and consistent brand experience. - Partner with the Education, Social Media, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans. - Analyze brand performance, monitor sales results, identify market trends, and generate actionable insights and recommendations. - Work closely with the international headquarters, including implementing global launches, preparing presentations, and conducting data analysis. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives. ... ...
