ความรับผิดชอบ

• เป็นตัวแทนของบริษัทฯ รับผิดชอบยอดขายของภาคที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

• ร่วมวางแผนด้านกลยุทธ์ และนำเสนอให้กับทาง RH และ ZH เพื่อช่วยสนับสนุนการขายในทุกช่องทาง

• เป็น Team Lead ในการประสานงานกับ ZH เพื่อทำการสื่อสารประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ และ Campaign ต่าง ๆ ให้เข้าใจ และรับทราบถึงเป้าหมายร่วมกัน

• วางแผนในการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในด้านการขายของพนักงานธนาคารร่วมกับ ZH

• ติดตาม และประเมินผลงานการขายให้ได้ตามแผนงานที่ตั้งเป้าหมายไว้  

• ดูแลพัฒนาทีมงาน ร่วมประชุมวางแผน Coaching IS เพื่อช่วยให้การทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถบรรลุเป้าหมายได้

• นำข้อมูลจาก Sales Report มาวิเคราะห์ และประเมินผลงานในแต่ละภาค พร้อมทั้งหาสาเหตุและแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหา

• เสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับ RH และ ZH

• ทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม ให้สอดคล้องเป็นไปในแนวทางเดียวกันกับ Head sales และ AVP
