Job Description
The Call Center Rep provides litigation support for multiple dockets within the Pre-Settlement Portfolio. The role requires strong communication skills and a desire to help and serve people. You will keep records, modify, and escalate complaints, and maintain data documentation. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, have a proactive approach, and be skilled in collaborating with both internal and external customers. They will have call center experience with the ability to deliver an effective message to a robust claimant universe while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. This candidate should also possess the skills to remain calm when customers are frustrated and the ability to navigate between different computer platforms while conducting phone interviews.
