
Officer, Sales Support
Job Description
Responsibilities: Support the sales team with new business submission processes Handle inquiries from the sales force regarding system functionalities and product details Manage personnel administration activities such as staff movements and contract updates Oversee licensing registration, renewal, and ensure compliance with regulatory
Assist in the recruitment process, including application screening and onboarding procedures Coordinate with departments like HR, Training, and IT to facilitate smooth onboarding and operational workflows Prepare documentation for sales performance reviews and related internal reports Maintain and update internal systems like AS400, SPPMS, and email accounts Support process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency Ensure all activities comply with data privacy and confidentiality policies
: University degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines Minimum 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year supporting sales functions Knowledge of licensing procedures and sales support operations Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 50 markets and serving 95 million customers worldwide
