Treatment Coordinator
Job Description
Smile Brands is seeking an experienced and highly organized Travel Perio Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to support multiple Bright Now! Dental locations. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong periodontal treatment coordination experience who is comfortable traveling between offices, presenting treatment plans, and helping patients navigate their care with confidence and professionalism.
The ideal candidate must have dental front office and treatment coordination experience, including knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, scheduling, and periodontal case presentation.
Schedule (days/hours)
Tuesday through Friday 8am-5pm Float postion
Responsibilities
- Travel between assigned Bright Now! Dental offices to support periodontal specialty services
- Present and explain periodontal treatment plans and procedures to patients
- Coordinate scheduling for perio procedures and follow-up appointments
- Verify dental insurance benefits and communicate estimated patient financial responsibility
- Work closely with doctors, hygienists, specialists, and office teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Educate patients on recommended treatment and answer questions regarding procedures and financial arrangements
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Help improve case acceptance and overall patient experience
Qualifications
- Dental experience required — perio treatment coordination experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and periodontal procedures
- Experience with insurance verification and treatment planning
- Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and case presentation
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations required
- Experience with dental practice management software preferred
Compensation
$25-$26/hour
