As a Shipfitter, you will:
* Contribute to all structural phases of a ship’s hull construction which may include fitting, fabricating, assembly and alignment of a ship’s structure
* Make up plating, layout access cuts and inserts, inspect tanks and assist with testing
* Tack Weld as needed
* Perform installations and rip outs
* Review sketches and blueprints to be able to perform layouts
