Job Description
Location: Houston, TX 77001
Home Time: Weekly
Pay: $1,500 to $1,600 Per Week
Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van

50-60% drop and hook freight

Longer average lengths of haul and 100% no-touch freight help drivers maintain productive miles while running throughout the lower 48 states with weekly home time.
Compensation
CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,500 to $1,600 per week with direct deposit and consistent freight availability throughout the year.
Detention pay is $12.50 per hour after the second hour. Layover pay is $100 per day excluding Sunday.
Freight & Operations
Drivers haul 100% no-touch dry van freight with approximately 50-60% drop and hook freight and 40-50% live unload freight.
Average length of haul is 400+ miles, helping drivers spend more time moving and less time sitting.
Drivers may park at approved terminals or take their truck home. Paid parking is not reimbursed.
Dispatch support is available 24 hours per day.
Equipment
Drivers are assigned a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth based on equipment availability.
Trucks are equipped with a 1200 to 1500-watt inverter.
Fuel network includes Love's, Pilot, and Flying J locations.
Orientation
Paid orientation is held in multiple locations across the country and runs for three days.
Drivers receive $100 per day during orientation. Hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals are provided. After orientation, drivers are assigned equipment and begin dispatch into the fleet.

Qualifications
3 months of experience within the last 12 months or 12 months of experience within the last 3 years • Dry van or reefer experience preferred with a CDL-A tractor-trailer • Flatbed, tanker, and oil field experience will also be considered
