CAPPS Functional Lead
**Job Title: CAPPS Functional Lead** **Job Description:** We are seeking a CAPPS Functional Lead for a hybrid opportunity. In this role, you will provide senior-level functional and consultative support for the CAPPS Program, focusing on HR/PY expertise within a statewide ERP environment. **Responsibilities:** - Provide highly advanced consultative services and functional assistance related to supporting the CAPPS Program. - Serve as the functional subject matter expert for the CAPPS HR/PY Human Resources module, including workforce administration and HR security setup with row-level security. - Interpret and apply state statutes, HR policies, and labor regulations while supporting CAPPS HR/PY application needs. - Lead the functional design phase by creating and/or reviewing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and performing functional configuration changes and related activities. - Support functional configuration efforts involving PeopleSoft delivered features (e.g., Page and Field Configurator, Drop Zones, Event Mapping, Page Composer). - Utilize extensive knowledge and understanding of applicable policies, federal labor laws, and technical skillsets needed with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects, or similar tools to support functional responsibilities. - Perform system configuration changes and support the CAPPS HR/PY tower in PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2. - Ensure knowledge of security best practices, NIST standards, and multi-tenancy applicability for a statewide ERP instance. ** :** - US Citizenship. **Screening Criteria:** - Experience in HR/PY within a statewide ERP environment. - Strong understanding of state statutes, HR policies, and labor regulations. - Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2 and related tools.
