Description
As part of the Operations Hub Team based in Wrocław, you will support our global Sales organization, helping ensure data accuracy, visibility, and meaningful insights that enable better business decisions.
The Operations Hub Team focuses on driving transparency across the business through analytics and high-quality CRM data. You will work closely with colleagues based in Poland and the Philippines, collaborating across time zones in a truly international setup.
In this role, you will become a trusted Salesforce & Clari super-user, acting as a custodian of our CRM data and supporting Sales teams in their day-to-day work.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- SFDC, CRM super-user, troubleshooting, UAT testing, enhancement requests,
- Continual monitoring of CRM data quality and report any irregularities,
- Provide CRM system and process advice for Direct Sales Reps and Channel Account Executives,
- Evaluate and generate ad hoc report requests and provide insights (if required),
- Properly route opportunities to respective Lines of Business according to the documentation,
- Identify and make recommendations for process improvement,
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce team regarding updates on data uploads.
Basic Qualifications:
- Very good written and spoken English skills,
- Microsoft Office skills (mainly MS Excel),
- Accurate, with good attention to detail, able to spot and rectify errors,
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks,
- Able to take initiative/responsibility to support the team in their common goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus),
- Ideally experience in a similar administrative function,
- Bonus points for working with different cultural background across multiple time zones
