About the role
This is a growth generalist role reporting directly to the Head of GTM. You'll have a hand in nearly every channel we use to drive growth, with the freedom to double down on what's working and kill what's not. You'll work on projects like: paid ads, outbound infra, conversion, LinkedIn UGC, events and conferences, and strategic partnerships. Your priority is to grow the business, using whatever method necessary.
Who we're looking for
→ 2+ years in a growth role, startup ops, or other high-performance environments.
→ Track record of consistently exceeding goals.
→ Strong communicator with a deep curiosity to learn.
Logistics
This role is in-office five days a week in downtown Toronto. We offer generous early equity at a bootstrapped & profitable startup.
