Role Overview
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for current clients. Customer Care Representatives support clients through a variety of methods including phone, chat, and email. Team members are problem solvers and committed to providing the best customer experience in surety.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate client requests
Finalize transactions including payment, legal documents, and finance agreements
Analyze problems and seek customer resolutions
Multitask over multiple service platforms
Effectively communicate underwriting decisions to clients
Communicate industry trends to leadership
Assist with system improvements
Great interpersonal skills to benefit the team environment
*All Customer Care Representatives must pass the Missouri Property & Casualty Insurance Producer Licensing Exam after being hired and onboarded. TMHCC pays for training and exam fees.

Comfortability with navigating basic CRM software and some data entry
Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred

$24-$28/hr depending on experience
