Assistant Manager / Manager (Corporate Partnerships) - Maternity Coverage (Contract for Service)
Job purpose: You will play a critical role in driving Care Corner Singapore's fundraising and donor engagement efforts, driving the growth of sustainable contributions to support the organisation's mission. Your responsibilities include identifying potential donors, cultivating relationships with partners, writing compelling grant proposals, designing and implementing effective donor engagement programmes to enhance donations and donor loyalty.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with potential and existing donors and partners, to align with Care Corner’s vision and ensure sustained financial contributions.
- Work with internal teams to conceptualise and execute innovative fundraising programmes and activities that resonate with Care Corner’s mission.
- Build a core group of high-value corporate partners and donors, while expanding a large pool of regular individual donors.
- Develop and implement effective donor engagement programmes and experiences to enhance donor loyalty, satisfaction, and impact recognition. Prepare donor reports and communication materials that effectively convey the outcomes and impact of their contributions.
- Research and secure grants, sponsorships, and matching funds to support programme development and operations. This includes, preparing compelling grant proposals and timely reports, ensuring alignment with donor expectations and organisational objectives.
- Monitor fundraising performance, tracking key metrics and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve fundraising strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all fundraising activities, adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation in fundraising.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and fundraising tools is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Non-profit Management, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, donor management, corporate partnerships, or a similar role.
