As part of this dynamic team, you will partner closely with the Benefits Center of Excellence, Total Rewards peers, and local Human Resources leaders to drive program awareness, trust, and alignment with overall business objectives.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Advanced Benefits Administration: Lead complex, multi-region lifecycle management for benefit plans—including implementations, annual open enrollments, renewals, data integrity quality assurance, and high-tier escalation resolution.
Strategic Vendor Governance: Drive high-quality service delivery by proactively monitoring vendor performance against Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements, while overseeing the regional benefits billing, Purchase Order, and payment ecosystem.
Compliance & Audit Leadership: Monitor changing statutory landscapes to establish compliance obligations for regional benefit and Paid Time Off programs, while leading regional audit readiness and documentation initiatives.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Author high-impact benefit communications, partner with cross-functional Human Resources leaders, and synthesize operational data into sophisticated analytics to present actionable insights to leadership.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
5–7+ years of progressive, hands-on international benefits administration experience (outside the United States), with a proven track record of regional ownership within the target markets.
Strong knowledge of aggregating, manipulating, and analyzing complex data sets, census files, and intricate plan documents, with a strong preference for practical expertise in Workday and ServiceNow.
Professional fluency in verbal and written English (required), with proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese highly advantageous given the regional scope.
Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills within a matrixed global environment, combined with strong organizational agility to manage competing high-stakes priorities.
An innovative mindset dedicated to digital transformation and HR process automation.
