Descripción del puesto At Publicis Production, based in Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with 4 to 7 years of experience in software quality assurance within digital, technology, or product development environments. The mission of this role will be to lead and execute functional testing strategies, ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of applications and digital solutions through the implementation of quality best practices, risk management, and technical guidance across projects and teams. Responsabilidades Lead and execute quality assurance activities, including test case design, execution, maintenance, defect tracking, and functional validation. Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation to identify testing scenarios, coverage needs, and potential risks. Design and maintain test plans and testing strategies that ensure appropriate coverage of project requirements and business objectives. Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with development and project teams to ensure timely resolution. Create and maintain quality assurance documentation, including test plans, test cases, testing strategies, and execution reports. Generate status reports, quality metrics, and testing insights for project stakeholders and leadership teams. Mentor and support junior QA team members, promoting knowledge sharing and quality best practices across projects. Foster a culture focused on quality, continuous improvement, collaboration, and productivity. Support QA leadership in project planning activities, effort estimations, risk assessments, and resource allocation. Participate in craft initiatives such as workshops, training programs, mentoring activities, knowledge transfer sessions, and recruitment processes. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the implementation of enhancements that increase quality and operational efficiency. Build strong working relationships with both onshore and offshore teams, serving as a trusted quality assurance subject matter expert. Cualificaciones Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 4–7 years of experience in software quality assurance and functional testing. Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supporting QA team members. Strong expertise in functional testing methodologies and test case design and execution. Experience working with defect management, ticketing, and tracking systems. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles. Experience testing web applications, mobile applications, and cross-browser environments. Knowledge of web services and back-end technologies. Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher.
